Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we have a straightforward return policy to assist you. Please note that we only accept returns for defective or faulty products. Returns with sizing issues, unfortunately, aren't encouraged due to sanitary reasons. If you require any help with sizing, kindly consult the sizing chart or contact us immediately. 

 

If you receive a product that is defective or faulty, please contact us immediately at curlscurveslingerie@gmail.com to arrange for a return or exchange. Our team will be happy to help you out and provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number. The item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase along with the original proof of purchase. The item/s must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached.

Please be advised that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in its original condition. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us.
